Tako\u0111er, ne postoji niti zajedni\u010dki dogovor o pouzdanom na\u010dinu pra\u0107enja broja osoba s disleksijom. Bez takvog mjerenja, prevalencija disleksije mijenja se od zemlje do zemlje pa \u010dak i unutar regija jedne zemlje. Dok toga nema, djeca s disleksijom ne\u0107e dobiti adekvatnu podr\u0161ku te je to glavna misija na\u0161eg projekta.<\/p><p>Klju\u010d za uskla\u0111ivanje razli\u010ditih mjerenja je prvo u stvaranju me\u0111unarodno prihvatljivog razumijevanja \u0161to je disleksija. Va\u017eno je uvidjeti da ukoliko nemamo usugla\u0161ena podru\u010dja te\u0161ko\u0107a koja \u010dine disleksiju, kako znamo \u0161to mjerimo i jesmo li uop\u0107e dijagnosticirali disleksiju ili ne\u0161to drugo? Postoje istra\u017eivanja koje navode da je u \u0161kolama od 1,9% do 2,6% djece s disleksijom, dok neka navode postotak od 7,1% do 15,6%. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nU Njema\u010dkoj ne postoje nacionalne smjernice o tome kako testirati, koja standardna odstupanja koristiti i treba li koristiti modele odstupanja.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-7 odd\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Norve\u0161ka<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dyslexiacompass.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/NORWAY-flag.svg\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-479\" \/><\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Ocjenjiva\u010di ovdje provjeravaju fonolo\u0161ku sposobnost (dekodiranje, mije\u0161anje, identifikacija, manipulacija, svjesnost...), te\u010dnost i razumijevanje \u010ditanja i pisanja, prepoznavanje slova, prepoznavanje pseudorije\u010di, prepoznavanje pravopisnih obrazaca, kratkoro\u010dne i verbalne vje\u0161tine pam\u0107enja i pozadinske probleme kao \u0161to su ku\u0107no okru\u017eenje, problemi mentalnog zdravlja i sveukupne jezi\u010dne vje\u0161tine.<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">U Norve\u0161koj stru\u010dnjaci koriste niz procjena fonolo\u0161kih sposobnosti, pismenosti i pam\u0107enja, koje se ne usredoto\u010duju samo na slabosti ve\u0107 i na potencijalne snage djece koja se testiraju. Tako\u0111er, provode se i razgovori s u\u010diteljima, roditeljima i samim u\u010denicima.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-8 even\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Rumunjska<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dyslexiacompass.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ROMANIA-flag.svg\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-484\" \/><\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Oni koji se testiraju na disleksiju op\u0107enito tra\u017ee brzinu i razumijevanje \u010ditanja, ali i to\u010dnost \u010ditanja. Ostale stvari koje se testiraju uklju\u010duju poreme\u0107aje izgovora (dislaliju), oralne vje\u0161tine, ka\u0161njenje u razvoju jezika, usvajanje vokabulara i prepoznavanje fonema.<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">Nagla\u0161ava se psiholo\u0161ko testiranje, a u procesu identifikacije koriste se nespecificirane jezi\u010dne vje\u017ebe. Problemi moraju trajati najmanje \u0161est mjeseci da bi se smatrali disleksijom, \u010dak i kada se u me\u0111uvremenu provodi specijalisti\u010dka intervencija.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-9 odd\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">\u0160panjolska<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dyslexiacompass.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/SPAIN-flag-5.svg\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-489\" \/><\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Ocjenjiva\u010di prvo tra\u017ee prepoznavanje slova, zatim sposobnost razlikovanja pseudorije\u010di, zatim gramati\u010dko prepoznavanje i kompetenciju, zatim sintakti\u010dku kompetenciju i na kraju razumijevanje. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nTra\u017ee sposobnosti \u010ditanja i vizualnog skeniranja, testove pisanja i pravopisa, vje\u017ebe za testiranje motori\u010dke dosljednosti, kopiranje, brzo imenovanje, sposobnosti sekvenciranja, matematiku, ritam i osobnu povijest. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da oni tako\u0111er testiraju sluh, iako se \u010dini da ne nazivaju slu\u0161nu obradu ili probleme sa sluhom me\u0111u znakovima disleksije koje tra\u017ee.<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">Testovi su ura\u010dunati u klini\u010dku povijest ispitanika, njegove vje\u0161tine \u010ditanja, pisanja i govora, matemati\u010dke vje\u0161tine, upravljanje vremenom, osobnu organizaciju i kognitivne vje\u0161tine kao \u0161to su: pam\u0107enje, pa\u017enja i koncentracija, percepcija, njihova prostorna orijentacija, psihomotorika koordinaciju i njihove sposobnosti sekvenciranja.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nKoriste se upitnici, usmeno ispitivanje, mjerenje sposobnosti u\u010denika da slijedi upute i prepisivanja, te slu\u017ebeno testiranje na \u201ctri fonolo\u0161ke komponente neovisne o \u010ditanju\u201d.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-10 even\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">\u0160vedska<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dyslexiacompass.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SWEDEN.svg\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1144\" \/><\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Procjenitelji ovdje provjeravaju fonolo\u0161ke sposobnosti (dekodiranje, mije\u0161anje, identifikacija, manipulacija, svjesnost...), zajedno s te\u010dnim \u010ditanjem, pisanjem i pravopisom, vje\u0161tine razumijevanja slu\u0161anja, sposobnost \u010ditanja brzo predstavljenih rije\u010di, sposobnost \u010ditanja i razlikovanja pseudorije\u010di i nerije\u010di, prepoznavanje ortografskih obrazaca, vje\u0161tine radne memorije i pozadinske \u010dimbenike kao \u0161to su ku\u0107no okru\u017eenje, op\u0107a razina samopouzdanja i problemi s mentalnim zdravljem. Tako\u0111er, provjerava se sposobnost razlikovanja homofona, te vje\u0161tine logike i percepcije, slu\u0161ne, vizualne i pozornosti te prostorna svijest.<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">Primjenjuju se nacionalni standardizirani testovi, procjene \u0161kolskog zdravstvenog tima i pedagoga, razgovori s roditeljima, u\u010denicima i nastavnicima te usporedba sposobnosti \u010ditanja i pisanja s drugim akademskim sposobnostima.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-11 odd\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dyslexiacompass.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/UNITED-KINGDOM-flag.svg\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-469\" \/><\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Razmatra se niz sposobnosti, uklju\u010duju\u0107i, iako nisu isklju\u010dive,: fonolo\u0161ku svijest, fonolo\u0161ku memoriju, radnu memoriju, brzinu \u010ditanja i te\u010dnost \u010ditanja, pronala\u017eenje rije\u010di u slovnim lancima, sposobnosti pravopisa, raspon vokabulara i receptivni vokabular, pisanje, rukopis, i formiranje slova, motori\u010dka kontrola, osje\u0107aj za broj i matemati\u010dke sposobnosti, logika i zaklju\u010divanje, brzina kognitivne obrade i sposobnost brzog imenovanja\/deficit.<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">U Ujedninjenom kraljevstvu provodi se kombinacija psihometrijskog i testiranja inteligencije, mjere\u0107i razli\u010dite oblike inteligencije. Tu su i testovi motori\u010dke kontrole, pam\u0107enja, \u010ditanja i pisanja i sekvencioniranja (pronala\u017eenje, razvrstavanje, uparivanje, itd.). \u010cesto se, ali ne uvijek, uzima u obzir model diskrepancije u kojem se gledaju i slabe i jake strane osobe.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<!-- #tablepress-3 from cache --><\/p><p>U smislu metodolo\u0161kih razmatranja, tri glavne to\u010dke isti\u010du se kao interesantne: treba li koristiti model diskrepancije; koje intervale pouzdanosti i valjanosti trebamo koristiti; te koja standardna devijacija ukazuje da se radi o te\u0161ko\u0107i.<\/p><hr \/><p>Sva su ta pitanja klju\u010dna za osiguravanje uskla\u0111ivanja za procjenu disleksije i broja osoba s disleksijom u zemljama Europe. To \u0107e pridonijeti usmjerenijoj podr\u0161ci za djecu s disleksijom. Ovaj projekt poma\u017ee u razumijevanju i mjerenju, spajaju\u0107i razli\u010dite nacionalne definicije i procjene disleksije te poma\u017ee u pru\u017eanju temelja za dosljednu i me\u0111unarodno prihvatljivu podr\u0161ku .<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ne postoji standardno mjerenje za disleksiju.
